Ann Bilderback joined the KC Symphony in 1999 as principal bassoonist, and has also held positions in the Omaha Symphony and the Louisiana Philharmonic. She received a bachelor of music performance degree from the Eastman School of Music, and a master’s degree in music from Rice University. She lives in Olathe, Kansas with her husband Ken and children, Susan and James.
