Ticket Policies
Ticket Orders Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. To order by phone, call (816) 471-0400. To order online, click here. There are no refunds or exhanges on ticket orders. If you have questions about the online ordering process email tickets@kcsymphony.org. Online Ticket Purchases Single ticket purchases are available online until 48 hours before each concert. There is an additional $4 charge to purchase a single ticket and an additional $10 charge to purchase a subscription online. Tickets purchased no later than one week prior to the concert will be mailed to the address listed on the online order form. Tickets purchased the week of the concert can be picked up at the box office will-call window. Ticket Returns If you are unable to attend a concert, return your tickets to the Symphony. The Ticket Office will mail you a contribution receipt for returned tickets if received before the date printed on your tickets. Or, tear tickets in half, and fax a copy to (816) 471-0976 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. For questions email tickets@kcsymphony.org. Student, Senior Citizen and Group Discounts Students can purchase $5 Student Express tickets to Classical concerts and $10 Student Express tickets to Pops concerts at the ticket window two hours before concert time with a valid student I.D. Seniors receive a 15% discount on all individual tickets. Groups of 10 or more receive a range of discounts depending upon the size of the group. Call (816) 471-1100 for more information. - Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate break in the program at the discretion of house management, possibly after intermission.
- Those who must exit during the concert are asked to do so only between works in order not to disturb others.
- There is no readmittance while the concert is in progress.
- The use of still and video cameras and tape recorders is strictly prohibited at all Symphony concerts.
- Cellular phones, pagers, and beeping watches should be turned off during the concert.
- Physicians should leave their name and seat location with the Ticket Office.
- Children 8 years and older are welcome to attend Symphony concerts.
