Subscription Automatic Renewal Terms
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to participate in the Kansas City Symphony Subscription Automatic Renewal Program (“Auto Renewal Program”) and authorize the Kansas City Symphony to automatically renew your subscription and charge the appropriate payment method on file for future subscription terms as described below.
Automatic Renewal Charges
Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each calendar year for the upcoming season continuously and indefinitely, annually, without any action by you unless you cancel up to five (5) business days before the renewal deadline communicated by the Kansas City Symphony.
By enrolling in the Auto Renewal Program, you authorize the Kansas City Symphony to charge the appropriate payment method stored in your account for the applicable subscription package, fees, and taxes associated with your renewed subscription until you cancel.
Renewal Notice
Prior to processing your renewal, the Kansas City Symphony will provide notice of:
- Your upcoming renewal;
- The subscription package being renewed;
- The renewal price and any applicable fees;
- The date the appropriate payment method on file will be charged; and
- Instructions for canceling or modifying your subscription.
Renewal notices will be sent to the email address and mailing address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to maintain current contact information.
Payment Authorization
You authorize the Kansas City Symphony to charge the appropriate payment method on file for all renewal payments associated with your subscription until you cancel participation in the Auto Renewal Program.
If a payment cannot be processed, the Kansas City Symphony may contact you to obtain updated payment information. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in cancellation of your subscription renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your participation in the Auto Renewal Program at any time up to five (5) business days before the renewal processing date identified in your renewal notice to avoid further charges.
Cancellation of Auto Renewal will prevent future automatic renewals but will not cancel or refund any current season subscription that has already been purchased or renewed.
To cancel Auto Renewal, you may:
- Cancel your auto-renewing subscription by contacting us at www.kcsymphony.org/about-us/contact-us/;
- Contact the Kansas City Symphony Box Office at 816.471.0400 (Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.); or
- Email boxoffice@kcsymphony.org
Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active through the end of the current subscription term.
Subscription Changes
The Kansas City Symphony reserves the right to modify subscription packages, pricing, seating locations, benefits, payment schedules, and Auto Renewal Program terms from season to season.
All changes to subscription packages, pricing, seating locations, benefits, payment schedules, and the Auto Renewal Program will be communicated prior to renewal, providing patrons an opportunity to cancel before charges are processed.
Refunds
All subscription purchases and renewal payments are subject to the Kansas City Symphony’s Ticket Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise required by law, renewal charges are non-refundable once processed.
Acceptance of Terms
By selecting the Auto Renewal option and completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that:
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal processing date;
- The appropriate payment method on file will be charged for future subscription terms;
- You have read and agree to these Automatic Renewal Terms; and
- You understand how to cancel your participation in the Auto Renewal Program.
Subscriber Benefits
The Subscription Program entitles members to special offers and other benefits. All benefits, special offers, and other savings received are treated as discounts for tax purposes. Changes to Program Terms
Kansas City Symphony reserves the right to change the terms of the Subscriber Program or the Auto Renewal Program at any time without notice or liability by posting revised terms on the Kansas City Symphony website kcsymphony.org. Any change shall take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise provided. You may view the current terms at any time online at www.kcsymphony.org/subscriber-benefits.
