Kansas City Symphony Young People’s Concerts are designed to spark the imagination of students in grades 4-6. Programs include an introduction to the orchestra while making connections to the reading and language arts curriculum.

Character – Setting – Plot. These are the three key elements that make up any good story. Join the Kansas City Symphony and Associate Conductor Aram Demirjian as we explore how an orchestra can transport us to new places, invent memorable characters and create exciting encounters, all through the magic of music.

*Performances on October 13 and October 15 at 10am and October 16 and 11:30am are SOLD OUT.
