Celebrate America and the instruments of the orchestra with this exciting performance of Yankee Doodle Went to the Symphony. Students will get to know the instruments of the orchestra as each one demonstrates a different version of “Yankee Doodle,” while also singing and clapping along to this familiar tune.

Kansas City Symphony KinderKonzerts are designed to introduce students in grades K-3 to the instruments of the orchestra. This year’s program includes curricular ties to the reading and social studies curricula. Teachers will receive a guide prior to the performance.
