Inclement Weather Policy:
- Ticket exchanges are allowed up to 24 hours prior to performance time for any reason. We welcome our customers to plan ahead and call our Box Office (816.471.0400) if an exchange is desired.
- In the highly unlikely event of a cancelation, the Kansas City Symphony will post information on our website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram). We encourage customers to check those channels or call our Box Office (816.471.0400) if you have any questions ahead of your scheduled performance. The decision to cancel a performance will be made no later than 3 hours prior to the performance start time.
- If an event is canceled, customers are welcome to exchange their tickets to a future performance for the current (2025/26) season.
- All exchanges must be requested within 72 hours of the original performance time
- Customers are invited to call the Box Office or fill out our online form to exchange their tickets and exchange feeds will be waived
- KCS will send an email to all ticketed customers as a reminder, and also post information on our social channels
- No refunds will be issued
- Please note, if the concert proceeds as scheduled, we are unable to make changes or refunds if you choose not to attend.
